Add watermark on .flv file

How can I add Text as a watermark onto FLV file for FREE using Vista?

avidemux and use the subtitle filter for example.

I tested out with avidemux but I don't see my text.

sample.srt

00:00:00,000 --> 00:25:00,000
Text Here

All I get is a rectangle of red color.
Settings {Red, Arial, UTF-8}


Also, i think there a way to do this in batch?
Look into directory of video.
Get all video files.
Open through each video and put watermark using subtitle .srt
Export to another directory

What the software I need for this?
