Video Playback Help

I'm having a problem with my video playback...

I have a new system with a Nvidia GeForce 6150SE nForce 430 built on video card on a machine with XP Home SP3... I have K Lite Codec Pack Mega installed...

The problem I have is all my videos playback in Media Player or other players play in only black and white... I've tried other codecs but they all seem to do the same thing...

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated...

Sounds like a video overlay problem. Check the advanced display driver settings,

1. Desktop, right mouse button, properties
2.Configuration
3. Advanced Options
4. Look for the "Start the NVIDIA Control Panel" button
5.Television and Video Option
6.Put saturation on 50% (test also other color settings)
7. CLick Apply

Or try upgrade the nvidia drivers.

Turns out I just need to upgrade the nvidia driver as you suggested...
