DTS 5.1 to AAC 5.1

I have DTS 5.1 movie track. I want to convert it into AAC 5.1 to sound exactly as DTS source track.
SO what bit rate I shall choose and what tools are the best for this work?

I would use XVID4PSP which has an AUDIO only option (or can do video and audio). It can do 5.1 DTS to 5.1 AAC or it can do 5.1 DTS to 5.1 AC-3

This is a lossy conversion, so the higher the bitrate, the better the quality. Experiment with different bitrates, your ears or audio equimpent may only need 320kbps (for example), but others may need more or less
