Hello, dear all.

Can you point me some good programs that can help me to convert AVI / DVD to FLV files to upload them at You Tube and similar sites?

I'm looking for programs that can produce very high quality FLV output files.

If you could point me more than one and maybe some guides It'll be nice. :P

Given that most (all ?) re-encode the video anyway, you are better off just finding the software that produces the highest quality video that fits within your target site's upload requirements.

sorenson squeeze for flv. but the best way to up to youtube is h264 with aac audio. over 720p 4mpbs if you are looking for the HD link for your videos. try handbrake for an easy h(x)264 encoding option.
