Hi, I hope this is the right forums for this, I wasn't sure whether this should go here or in Advanced Video Encoding.
Anyway, my problem is that I have a nice 1080p MKV file that I want to convert to M2TS and put on my PS3. I need subtitles because it's in a foreign language but whenever I use TsMuxer and add the 264, AC3 and Subtitle track (SRT or PGS), it looks fine and everything but there are no subtitles!
Is this a problem unique to TsMuxer? Are there any alternatives? Am I losing my mind?
Any help would be much appreciated![]()

Just a single m2ts with subs wont probably work. Try instead make a complete avchd/blu-ray output using tsmuxer or multiavchd or mkv2vob.
Or try stream the mkv using ps3 media server.
Okay, thanks for the reply.
Just curious if you know the reason this doesn't work? It's been boggling me for a few weeks now and I can't understand why you can't have embedded subs in a m2ts.
If you try playing the m2ts without authoring it the subs wont play. The subs are embedded in the m2ts,just need to do what Baldrick said and make a blu-ray folder output, then it will work.
Ben Johnson-I didnt take any stereos!
