Is there any way I can render a project as HD 1280x720 H.264/MPEG-4 AVC (*.mp4) in Corel VideoStudio X2?
    Thanks in advance!

RTM. You have a help file (F1), and probably a manual (albeit in pdf format, most likely) so do some reading and learn how your software works. Or better yet, experiment a little. You can't break anything.

    That help's a lot...
I have that program and I own some of the cam's your speaking of..
    I just burn to DVD....
I save the HD to hard drive..
I do not own a Blu-ray burner (as yet)
There is a choice in the output to burn..(regular DVD or Blu-Ray)
Other than that , I have no idea whay you mean by "export"...

If you don't want to help then don't post anything, what you just did there is trolling.
(and no, their incompetent "manual" is no use)

Wow - 18 months after I posted you come out of the woodwork to do what ? Offer assistance ? No, to bitch about an answer to someone else's thread.

You want to talk about trolling ? Try looking up irony in the dictionary, if you can read.

    What a dick.
