Can't get it to work???

I'm new to this... I need to convert a wmv file so I can edit it in FCP. I tried to convert it to several different formats, but none play in QT. Here's an example of one of the logs:

Install Flip4Mac.
When converting to DV with ffmpegX, select "Decode with QuickTime" in the Options tab.
