    I got some old Family Videos I am trying to burn to the computer. The originals are the VHS Recorder back in 1996 and is there a program out there to really restore the quality to look better? Right now the programs I have are VirtualDub and TMPGENC

    This needs to be done in hardware, before the signal is digitized. Most errors become embedded and permanent one converted to digital.
