How to Sig-Up to a Thread

Hi folks,

Either is not there or I can not find it ...

Q1: Is there a way that someone can "Sign-Up" to a Thread without posting a Reply!?!?

Q2: If answer to Q1 is "Not" ... if it ain't a major overhaul of the Forum ... can this feature be added!?!?

Bottom left corner under the quick reply box is a link that says Watch this topic for replies, click it and it is added to your watched topics and an email will be sent to you when anyone replies to the thread.
