Help with mergeing Ts files ..without getting sync issues

i have a recorded event from my satellite to my external hdd...
using viewsat max hd as the recording unit.
seagate free agent 500g hdd
....
okay grabbed the files there are 14 of them for this event.
individually converted trp/rec file to mux .ts

checked the individual files on my NMT and no sync issues...

when i join these files in ts muxer and put them to either ts or m2ts
they go out of sync....

is there another program i should use to join these to gether
or
put them to m2ts....

or is there settings in tsmuxer that i can adjust....

been working on this for the last coulpe of days and really want to get it working..

you can try TSremux but I am not sure if you can fix the sync issue... try with the setting "Bypass Audio Alignment" OFF
