Thanks a Million Orsetto

The world is a better place to be in because of Orsetto and Håkan. When my pioneer hard drive recorder died , they stepped up out of nowhere and for no other reason but to lend a generous hand.
Orsetto, went out of his way to help me with the special remote needed for hard drive replacement. He needed to take transportation to go buy the remote, mess with all the cablings of his gadget to program the remote and then send it to my by registered mail , all of this and wanting nothing more than to make someone smile.
Today I received the remote and I was able to successfully operate the recorder .
Orsetto , you've made not only my day, but my whole month, now I can register my kids cartoons and I'm one happy man.
It is this kind of leaders that we need in our governments, not the other "me-first" goons that we get.
