I tried to get into my Windows Movie Maker program to do some video editing, when suddenly it starts going slow, so I exit it, but when I try to get back in, it leves this message:

Another user is running windows Movie Maker on this computer. Please close the other session of Windows Movie Maker before starting Windows Movie Maker again.
No matter how many times I tried after closing all related windows, it still give that message. What could've hapened?

Ctrl-Alt-Del, then click on Task Manager. Click on the Process tab, find the rogue instance of WMM, and kill it.

  4. I have this problem too, and I did those steps, but how do you find the rogue instance?

Kill all of them and start again, or reboot.
