MP4 player won't shut down.

yea this isz kind of different like i bought a new mp4 and like it turns on then when u try turning it off it wont shut down u have to wait till the battery isz dead and like when its fully charged it jus dies

sophia14, you would need to give us a lot more information about which device you are asking about. What manufacturer and what model? Just with the info you have given, I would return it and get a different one or a different model.
