Mov h264 to MP4/h264 Conversion

I have a cam that does 720 but in the mov version of h264. I want to be able to burn to disc and use in my BluRay player. Any one or two step bit of software to do this?

multiavchd should work in authoring, if your a/v streams are complaint

If your blu-ray player supports mp4 you can try use YAMB to remux to a MP4.

If it wont work you might have to reconvert, you can convert to blu-ray mt2s using D2MP or Xvid4psp.
