All,
I have some HD MP4 short movies that I want to convert to PSP. They are H.264 with 2.0 AAC audio. IS there any converter that can convert the video but keep the original audio? (I don't want to re compress it again.) Handbrake .9.3 is not an option as it always crashes.

For the love of God, use hub/core labels on your Recordable Discs!
Try Xvid4PSP, set the audio codec to "copy".
Or avidemux. Set the audio to Copy.
Thanks Baldrick. Avidemux worked like a charm. I was able to tailor the video to conform to the PSP specs and the orgianl audio played just fine and in sync.
