  1. I am trying to install a system care software and I got this message but I don't know what I have to do and how...

  2. It wants yoiu to turn system restore on, in case something bad happens. Then you could go back to the point befor you installed the software.

    Right-click My Computer and select properties, then click on the System restore Tab. Make sure that "Turn off system restore on all drives" is not ticked, then make sure that your system drive is being monitored.
