  3. I've had success with DVDDecrypter set to ignore read errors and limit hardware retries to 2.

    DVDDecrypter: Tools -> Settings -> I/O.

    Under Options, check the box: "Ignore Read Errors". Also set " Software Read Error Retries". (I've found that more than about seven retries is futile).

    Thanks for all the suggestions but it did not work for me the file stopped, it did not ignore the error.
    "Isopuzzle" did overwrite the error but I did not know how to burn that file.

    Before burning it, I would suggest you run the ISO through DVDshrink, Ctrl+I keys..If it analyzes w/o error, then burn using IMGburn in 'Write' mode...

    t0nee1:
    "DVDshrink" did not help me because the dvd in question did have an error.
    "Isopuzzle" overwrite this error. But I wanted this dvd copied just the way it is, because it will play OK.
    I bought this program series (5 dvd's ) with one only having an error. I requested from the seller a replacement. The replacement sent showed the same error indicating that this series was produced in a duplicating machine.
