    Hi!

    I got that WDHD player and its own subtitle thingy is not good for me.

    I would like to burn subtitles into the video with opaque or black box behind.

    I know how to do that with normla video with AVIReComp but it dosent support MKV files.

    So How can I burn subtitles into video with black/opaque box?

    I would try avidemux. Load the mkv, under filters->subtitles see if you can customize the subs.

    I could add subtitles but I can't add that black/opaque box
