    I followed this guide: http://www.macosxhints.com/article.p...60906153448633

    any ideas?

It seems ffmpeg isn't able to decode this particular audio codec "atrc" (ATRAC3, best known as the codec used by Sony's MiniDisc).

I would suggest a different route for conversion of this audio file:
Use an audio capture program that records to file anything that is played on your Mac, while playing the file in Real Player. There are several such capture programs available, Audio Hijack and WireTap being two of them. Neither one is free anymore, but the latter has a 30 day full featured trial period.
