When I add the bluray file to ripbot, it demuxes it, and then goes blank, like I never added a file.

    Suggestions anyone?

Make sure you have the latest version of RipBot and all the correct auxiliary files are installed and working properly.

Do you have the same problem with all BD discs? Or just a particular one? Some discs are harder to process than others.

If you still have problems, try ripping the BD disc to your hard drive with AnyDVD, then open it with tsMuxeR and select the main movie file (Usually the largest .m2ts file), and also the audio track you want. Click 'Start muxing' and when it is done, select that file in RipBot. That may at least isolate the problem.

RipBot also has a log file. You might check that for a specific error.

Yes, this happens for all blurays, from old ones to new releases. Also, where can I find the log file for ripbot?
I have ripbot in the folder that it comes with, but the "log" folder within it is empty.

    thanks for the reply
