unable to register on vista

Every thing downloads ok problem. is when trying to register with registration wizard , i enter email and serial , press next comes up almost done , loads up my user data codes then press register box disapears nothing els happens , if i press svcd2dvd short cut the same things happens again asking for my details again loads again then back to reg ect . tried removing and redownloading still no good .?
any one help.cheers

As you have vista - can you take a look at this thread about installation and Vista issues?
