I would like to connect my Philips DVDR3545V/37 VCR/DVD Recorder to my HP Pavilion Elite m9150f computer which has a built in TV tuner. The OS is Vista SP1. The PC has an Intel Core 2 Quad processor, 720 GB hard drive and 3 GB RAM. I've tried to enlist help from the HP Support Forums but no one has responded in over a week. Any help would be very much appreciated. Also I would be happy to supply any more information about my system or the Philips machine. All I want from this arrangement is to view the videos while the VCR/DVD machine does the rest basically using the computer as a TV.
Thank you.

The DVDR recorder would be connected S-Video (plus audio) to your computer tuner for playback.
The computer display card would be connected with S-Video (plus audio) to the DVDR recorder inputs for recording.Recommends: Kiva.org - Loans that change lives.
