RipBot264 error before conversion - an object or file not found

When I try to convert blu-ray backup to mkv, after I select the video file a message pops up:

"DirectShowSource: an object or file not found - C/temp/ripbot264/job1/video.mkv"

What can I do? Anyone else getting this error?

Thanks bro I think I figured it out - Haali wasn't installed that's why it didn't work.
