Ok, so I backed up Dodge ball to an .m2ts about 23GB. Its GREAT! Looks and plays like a blu-ray on my PC and PS3.
Now, Im trying to back up the dark knight and its always CHOPPY! It plays and the audio matches great but it feels like the camera guy is shaking. Ive watched it on blu-ray and its fine.... something's strange.
Here's what've done. AnyDVD HD'd it to my HD in a temp directory. Then Tsmuxegui'd just the VC1 and AC3 english. Get an .m2ts. and its choppy. Does this have something to do with VC1? Thanks!

What software are you using to play it back?
You can try mpc-hc and activate the vc-1 internal transform filter (options=>internal filters) - that way you could use your graphics card to decode it
