    cant figure it out,couple of days ago,some tittle sets would go fast now they just running slow to create?

    Perhaps you need to defrag?
    SVCD2DVD v2.5, AVI/MPEG/HDTV/AviSynth/h264->DVD, PAL->NTSC conversion.

    Start-->All Programs-->Accessories-->Disk Defragmenter

    I would run Disk Cleanup before the Defrag.
