subtitle does not synchronize with the movie when using SubtitleCreator

I use SubtitleCreator to insert subtitle into my DVD. The .srt file is sync with the movie when I preview in SubtitleCreator. I create a .sup file from the srt file, and have checked that the two files are sync.

But when I use SubtitleCreator -> Tools -> DVD authorizing wizard to add that subtitle to the movie, they are no longer sync. And the color of subtitle is very different from what I see in the preview screen.

Could someone help me with this. Thanks alot in advance. My DVD is NTSC 29,97 fps

Same out of sync or does it get worse/progressive out of sync? If same then could you check how much it is and adjust in the srt using subtitle workshop and then try again. I think subtitlecreator has some builtin tools to fix the colors...was a long time go I used it.

Not same out of sync. near the end of the movie, the subtitle gets more and more delayed
