Recommedations on DVD Player

Hello, I am looking to buy a new dvd player but I would like these functions.

1. Plays divx/avi with subtitle files(.srt , .idx/.sub)
2. Usb Front Port or rear that will allow to have an external drive of 500gb or more and be able to use a usb stick
3. Upconverts to 1080p and has HDMI output

If there are other functions that is good to have in a dvd player let me know, I will be please to learn about them.

I just bought a Philips DVP5990 which apparently does all the above. The only thing you've mentioned that I haven't tried is the external HD bit. Picked it up for $59.99CDN + tax/shipping from bust buy Canada. Arived in five days from order.
