I am seeking a good state-by-state listing of digital TV stations. The listing should include all sub-channels transmitted by each station. Particularly interested in states of Alabama, Georgia and Florida.

It doesn't show subchannels but it shows transmitting power and antenna height. -
For subchannels and schedule you need to enter zip codes into TitanTV or TVGuide, etc.
The FCC doesn't regulate use of bit rate so long as the primary is at least 480i MPeg2.Recommends: Kiva.org - Loans that change lives.
