    Can anybody help me get my Harman Kardon DVD 49 region free??? I've tried the procedure as with DVD 47, DVD 39 and so on, but this doesn't work on my DVD 49. Appreciate all the help I can get.

    All DVD players can't be made region free. Maybe there isn't any procedure for this particular player. Manufacturers around the world seem to be making fewer players that can be made region free. At this time it seems that every Samsung DVD player sold anywhere in the world is locked and cannot be made region free. We're getting posts all the time about various DVD players that in the past could be made region free, but now the procedures don't work. Sorry.
