I've been looking on the forum and I cannot find the solution to my problem.

I am converting some files that I have downloaded to put onto my iPhone and iPod. The files I have downloaded are RealMedia file (.rmvb). Whenever I convert the file on my conversion program to .mp4 the audio is not synced with the audo. The audio is playing to fast for the video. If anybody could help me out that would be a big help!

    Thanks

What conversion program are you using? RMVB is variable bitrate video, usually not a problem. But it also can have variable bitrate audio. Many programs can't read the running time of VBR audio. This can cause the audio to end up longer or shorter than the video. If you can demux the video and audio, you might have better luck.

    And welcome to our forums.

    I'm using Allok Video Converter.
Should I use a different program?
How could I demux the audio and video?

You can try to use Real7ime Converter to convert to avi(use high bitrate for video and use uncompressed audio. Be sure to download and install the helix codecs mentioned in one of the posts there
