  1. I created a virtual computer using microsoft virtual pc on my Vista pc, and running XP on the virtual computer. Everything is working fine, but there is no internet connection. I had done some research but have not been successful in getting internet connection on the virtual computer. I have internet by cable on the host (Vista) computer.

Does anybody know how to do it?

Enable the NIC in the VM's setup.

After you have enabled the NIC in VPC setup,
add a local connection in My Network
Use ipconfig to verify that the VPC has gotten an IP address.

  4. Thanks,

I found that on the Virtual PC console that by changing from my network card to "Shared Networking (NAT) in the settings for the network it worked.

Again, thanks for your help and quick response. I got noting in other pc forums!
