I want to create a full backup of a blu ray disc to DVD9.

I want to use most of the quality for the main movie .mt2s files and use little quality (around 1,000K) for all the extras.

The only thing I want to fully remove are the TRUE HD audio.

What tool can I use to simply shrink a .m2ts to a smaller .m2ts file?

I am aware of BDRebuilder but that uses the same quality bitrate for the extras.

I would wait until BDRebuilder adds such a function. Or wait for CloneBD from slysoft.

With all the problems seamless streaming can cause, I doubt it'll be anytime soon that BDRebuilder can correctly detect just the extras.

That's why I was still planning to use BDRebuilder to make the full backup but change the TARGET_SIZE: to something like 9100 (depending how much extras) and then just deleting the .M2TS BDRebuilder produces that have the extras. Replacing them with ones I want to shrink on my own.
