According to Wiki http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/H.264#Levels the level of 5.1 is the highest possible. Does anyone have profile settings for this level in Ripbot264 so I can create the best possible mkv file?

if you want better quality you can modify some options. For example
Very insane sattings: Tesa , subme 9 , Trellis 2 , B-adapt 2.
BTW. Don't cry if those settings will kill your encoding speed. You asked for 'best' settings and you got it!
