getting mediainfo to display the following info

hey guys, im new to this and i would like to get mediainfo to export exactly the following info from a video

can anyone help me out, i tried by reading the help but it was just caos!

the text display is not customizable.

Use GSpot instead. You can customize it's reports. You'll need to make your own template (with HTML code). Look under Export -> Enable export-> Custom.

Look in ExportFormat.txt for details on how to set up your template.
