I am using a program I have for converting my avi's to a format for my portable player. This program uses mencoder to do the encoding. I have noticed that there are several versions of mencoder. I was wondering if any of these take advantage of mult-core cpu's:
Mencoder
Mencoder Athlon-64
Mencoder P4
Mencoder Prescott
Mencoder Pentium M
