I use RipBot264 to rip BD to mkv files, this works fine. I then play them on a Tvix 6500 which works just fine except for one detail. On my tvix I can change the zoom, so that I get full zoom or pan and scan. But it does not matter what I choose I cannot get the mkv files I do with ripbot264 to fill the entire screen on my tv. I always get the black borders. But with some other mkv files I have (not made by me) I can choose full zoom and get the picture to fill the entire sceen without the black borders. Am I doing something wrong in Ripbot264 that prevent this?

Are you cropping the black borders(for 2.35:1 movies) with ripbot264? If not then read my guide http://forum.videohelp.com/topic358185.html

    Hi

No I didn't use the crop option at all, by the way, the movie that I have ripped is 1080, 2.39.1. Can I then select the option you describe for 2.40?
