Do you host or go to a New Years Eve party?

So do you the New Years Eve party stuff? Or do you go it alone? Or do you just go to bed whenever and forget about it?

I usually stay up for it but don't plan anything special for it.

I'll go to friends, but driving on NY eve is dangerous.

Other - I usually spend New Years Eve at home with my wife and it's always special. Haven't been to a NYE party in ages.

As the DJ trying to entertain about 120 of our association members, I'll be up til past 1:00 AM.

If I wasn't doing this gig I'd be in bed by 10:00 PM.

I've done them all and more, depending on the year.

It depends - some years I go to one or host and others I don't but sometimes I go to bed before midnight - no big deal to me.
Sometimes we go out to a resraunt/bar if they're having a party.

Still not sure about this year.

I drink til I black out. That way I don't think about how crapy the year was and how crapy the new year will be

It is snowing now. We are still Going to a New year eve party as planned.
