    I have a JVC surround sound system and it doesnt seem to play any new movies that come out. It plays all my older movies just fine but if i go and buy a movie that just came out it doesnt work. It just says cant load disk or it will start to play movie and then get to certain point and read an error. Anyone experienced anything like this?

    No. And there isn't any difference between "new" discs and "old" discs. There has been no change to the standard so it's hard to believe all "new movies" won't play. If that's the case, you player is likely dirty or failing.

    Also, stupid question, but... for the discs that don't play at all, are you sure you're not trying to play Blu-Ray discs?
    If cameras add ten pounds, why would people want to eat them?
