best programs to join wmv from command line

can you recomend me please the best programs to join wmv from command line, without re-encoding? the files are the same resolution, same encoding (splited from a larger .wmv)

For mpeg for example, I found a way to paste, without re-encoding:
cat 1.mpg 2.mpg 3.mpg > result.mpg
(there is "cat" for windows too)
