    hi guys

i have a dv of of my band live converted to avi....i also have the soundboard mix on cd converted to wav...the fool recording video kept pausing btwn songs so i have to merge each song individually...i am working 1 song for now

i cropped both wav and avi for the song i want to do.....they are at 2 different starting points...probably off by a second or 2

i have canopus procoder 2..vdub.. and cool edit pro 2.0 to work with...is there anything i can do with these?

    thanx

You are in for a lot of work. Each song will have it's own sync problems. You really need an editor that will let you slide around the audio track to match the video. SyncView or Vegas Movie Studio, unless someone else suggests an easier app.

nope im in luck...the sync worked out fine...i found the setting to delay audio start on vdub ...the cd and dv are at the same speed....at least close enough for 3-5 min at a time for each song

if anyone has any other advice or suggestions id appreciate it anyway...seems im gonna be doing this alot....hopefully with 35-45 min sets at a time

thanx soopa im gonna look into those shortly
