I am trying to encode Wall-E to mp4, but the sound is wrong when i encode with ripbot. The sound that shows up after encoding is the sound of the director's commentary and not the actual movie itself. The input video was a m2ts.

    How do I fix this?

Open the decrypted main movie .m2ts (Usually the largest file.) with TsMuxeR GUI. TsMuxeR is in the RipBot program folder.
You should be able to see the correct audio track listed there. Select it and the main movie, then 'Start muxing'. You should then be able to play the new file with VLC or MPC-HC to be sure it's the correct one with the audio track you want. Then open that file in RipBot and convert as you like.

    And welcome to our forums.
