No one here is a fan of codec packs. Install only the codecs you need.
The only "all-in-one" I would recommend is ffdshow.Donadagohvi (Cherokee for "Until we meet again")

TX. I have such a hard time finding and installing Mpeg2, VC-1, H264 codecs for m2ts processing.
ffdshow would do what you want and it is much safer than installing a codec pack.
Or you can look here to find individual codecs.ffdshow is a DirectShow decoding filter for decompressing AVI, DivX, XviD, WMV, MPG, MPEG2(SVCD, DVD), H264, AC3, DTS, AAC with image postprocessing like video noise removing filters and audio postprocessing.Donadagohvi (Cherokee for "Until we meet again")

I use MPCHC in preference to the player in TotalMedia (my PVR soft). It plays recorded cable HD (and DVDs!) better and uses less system resources. [shrugs]
At any rate, it's an easy solution.
Pull! Bang! Darn!
