    I'm sure you've tried a Google search, right? There are sites like CreativeCow that have tips and tricks, but there is no single free source (that I know of) which has pdf files on every aspect of the software. There is a cottage industry that offers help books (Adobe Press and several others) for a price (check out Amazon.com), and there is always the help file that comes with the software itself. I'm also pretty certain that you can see demonstrations of Premiere in use on YouTube. Start hunting.
