So do you use wireless headphones with your electronic equipment?
I used to have a 900mhz wireless headphone set that worked pretty well but stopped working. I am actually considering moving to bluetooth.
How about you?
(sorry about the delay between polls - just haven't been inspired lately).

Just wired headphones here
I just picked up a cheap set at Dollar General for $15. They work ok, but I don't really use headphones that much anyway. They do work well for listening to the radio while I shovel the driveway, and they keep my ears warm.
Ahh good point didn't think about it - will add.Originally Posted by NoahtuckLive long and prosper - and rock on dude!!!!
JVC 900Mhz here.
I've had them for 4 years and they work like a charm.
Every now and then they catch I don't know if it's a cordless or wireless phone around my house, but I've heard quite a few interesting things on them...

Would only use wireless headphones for late night TV in bed.
Once you have listened to cd quality or better uncompressed music (or a movie) through AKG K701s or Beyerdynamic DT880s paired to a decent headphone amplifier, you will never be the same.
There is a whole new generation out there who has never been exposed to serious audio quality. I shake my head when I watch my kids listening to music through their Cracker Jack headphones plugged into one of those tinny little underpowered mp3 players. But they seem satisfied.
Ignorance is bliss I guess.
Cracks me up.Matters of great concern should be taken lightly.

I bought my dad (since deceased) 900MHz headphones. I use them now while doing outside weed whack or leaf blowing. These things can reach a block or more if downhill.

On the rare occasions that I need them, I use wired headphones - nothing fancy. Years ago when I was practically permanently attached to my stereo, I used my beloved Audio Technica ATH-7 Electrostatic Headphones - they are fantastic!! I still have them packed away in the closet because I refuse to part with them.

I am an audiophile. I have about a dozen of wireless headphones collected in past years (all were considered one of the best at the time of their release).
NONE of them is even remotely close in sound quality to my not even the best wired headphones, not to mention my best one...
Wireless headphones still have a long way to go.
The only wireless heaphones I'm actually using often are my cellphone headset/earpieces - which obviously is not for the purpose of listening to music
