Lossless Ripping (& MediaPortal)

I have ripped all my CDs using FLAC an stream them from my PC. I want to do the same thing now for all my DVDs. I have only 3 requirements:

1) I want to rip the DVDs and keep the video and audio bit for bit, i.e. no compression (beyond the original compression of course).
2) DRM and region code should be removed
3) I must be able to stream it to my TV using MediaPortal (or some other similar software like BeyondTV, etc)

Rip to iso files using for example DVDFAb Decrypter and play it using MediaPortal together with daemon tools. Search in http://forum.team-mediaportal.com/ for more information.
