Identify what program was used

after years of backing up movies, and using multiple tools over the years..
is there a tool or app that can scan the dvds and let me know what encoder program was used.
*dvd shrink, dvd rebuilder, dvdfab..etc.*

I have searched high and low, and I'm hoping someone might know of one.

Sometimes some actions in DVDDecrypter will show stuff like that....but I forgot under which circumstances that happens.

Generally, no. You can sometimes find out what authoring tool was used, but only the details have been included in the file headers. Usually they aren't
