Hi I'm trying to convert an AC3 file to an AAC LC. I tried using this guide http://www.doom9.org/index.html?/belight-ac3toaac.htm , but I can't find the Nero AAC Encoders. So if someone could point me towards them. Or give me another way to do it, that would be great.

You had a comma as part of your HTML address to Doom9, so I added a space to make the address work.

It appears you need an older version of Nero installed to get those files from the Nero folder, probably Nero 6 or earlier. BTW, that guide was written in 2006, so there are likely better ways to do all this by now.

    And welcome to our forums.

Other options are behappy, megui (which is based on behappy), lamexp, eac3to - all are "front ends" that can use the neroaacenc.exe as the encoder

LameXP would probably be the easiest to use
