    So everytime i go to edit/timing/time expander,

    I try to increase the time, but nothing happens.. when i decrease, it works fine..

    Can i get some help on this?

    EDIT: Is there any subtitle program out there that is free that can allow me to increase time of a certain existing subtitle?

    Also, i can upload the subtitle, and i can hear sounds, but i dont have any video, some help for that too?
