How can I convert a widescreen movie to full screen movie on PSP?

Hi,

I have a movie that I have in widescreen, but I want to make it full screen on my PSP. Here is the full story. I have movie file in widescreen. I been trying to covert it to my PSP. After using Visual Hub for the conversion, there are still black horizontal bars that show up on my PSP. So, how can I turn a widescreen movie into a full screen on my PSP?

Thanks for the tip Baldrick. I took part of what was mentioned in the tutorial video. I forced the size to 400x192px and set the crop to auto. It worked like a charm. Visualhub is awesome; Man, it is a shame they discontinued Visualhub.
