  1. I own a ton of TV show DVDs which I have ripped to my computer's hard drive and play with VLC, which does a great job at handling menus and has good playback quality. I want to play these TV shows on my Xbox 360. Currently I have media sharing enabled and can play all my ripped movies just fine, however, when I put the TV show ISOs into my shared media folder and look for the .iso files on my 360, they are nowhere to be found. I am going to assume that the 360 is not capable of streaming ISO files for playback.

So my question is, what is the best and *easiest* way to convert my ISO files into a 360 compatible format? I'm going to use this program a lot so I wouldn't object to paying decent money for a 1 click solution. Any recommendations?

(Also, people usually recommend TVersity for anything related to streaming media to the 360. I have tried this program on multiple occasions and nothing but bad luck. It has never worked properly...)

Nope, the 360 does not support iso or playback from a dvd folder(video_ts).

You could open the iso with dvd shrink and make it to a single vob and stream it. Read also https://forum.videohelp.com/topic357087.html?highlight=360

  3. I don't know if this works or not...

There is a pretty sick plugin for MCE that is called My Movies. Basically, you can rip your DVDs to ISOs and mount them using Daemon Tools. It actually works very well. AND, the best part is that you can watch them via an XBOX360 as an extender.
